Do you have a showroom?
We do not have a showroom anywhere at the moment. Our pieces are only available to purchase through the website.
Do you make custom designs?
Majority of the outfits posted on our site can be customized into different style and colors.
Do you have ready-made outfits?
Yes, we do keep some ready to ship pieces. Please note most of the ready-made pieces are medium size (38 bust). We can alter the pieces to a smaller size or open it up to 39 inches. For the ready-made outfits we do not offer length alterations. The ready made pieces will be shipped from Canada.
How long does it take for the whole process?
Our timeframe is 5-6 weeks at the moment.
Do you offer alterations once the piece has been delivered?
Unfortunately, we do not provide alterations once the piece has been made and shipped. Our team makes every outfit to the exact measurements that are provided. We do not hold any responsibility for alterations if the measurements provided were incorrect.
How do you take payments?
We use PayPal for all international payments and we use Interac E-transfer for Canadian payment.
What is the process of placing an order?
Once you have made payment for an outfit, we will email you the measurement form within 48-72 hours.
What is your return and refund policy?
We do not have any return/refund policy. All sales are final.
